We Are Hiring Business Development Manager

Mandatory Rules Before Joining:

• At least 6 months contact in the hard joining letter pad as a developer
• You must accept at least 1 or 2 months as a promotion period before confirming your job.
• You must have practical experience of at least 1 or 2 years as a business development manager.

Mandatory Rules Before Joining:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends,
• Customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• 0-1 year experience in a digital marketing or creative role or relevant internship experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing creative formats & best practices - experience with paid social, display, video and other formats preferred.
• Experience with file management (e.g. Box, Google Drive) in a professional environment is a plus
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Must possess an innovative and growth-oriented mindset and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
