Web CPE FAQs

The course material and the learning objectives are provided online. You can download the course material for your use only (copying and distribution is prohibited). Study the material to learn and prepare for taking the final exam. Review questions (with interactive feedbacks) are provided at the end of each logical section of the course material to enhance your learning. Going through the review questions is not mandatory. A pdf version of the final test is provided (online for download) for the convenience of your marking your answers as you go through the material. You can take the final exam whenever you are ready. The grading report is provided online immediately after you submit the final exam. The passing grade is 70% for all courses except the California regulatory ethics course, which requires a 90% passing grade. If you pass the exam, your certificate is immediately emailed to you. If you do not pass, you can retake the exam until you pass. For each CPE credit, there will a minimum of 5 final exam questions 3 review questions

Yes, all our courses are interactive self-study courses. In review questions, feedbacks are provided with reasons on the incorrect answers and reinforcements on the correct answers. In the final exam with passing grades, given answers and correct answers are shown for incorrectly answered questions.

Web CPE is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. All states accept our CPE courses. A few states require sponsor registration with them. Please see our state registration status by selecting the “State Registration” link at the top of our web page.
