After receiving your payment for an individual course or a package of courses, Web CPE, the licensor, grants to you, the license, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, view, and use online the course(s) you select for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment. After you complete the course(s), Web CPE provides you the certificate(s) of completion online.

OWNERSHIP

All information provided on and through this website is owned by or licensed to Web CPE. Web CPE and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the content and courses, including any authorized copies and all related materials. When you purchase a course or a package, a limited license is granted to you only for your personal use of the course materials for the sole purpose of completing the course. The course content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Web CPE. Removing any copyright or other proprietary rights notices from the courses will be a violation of this agreement. Web CPE may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of registrants who infringe or otherwise violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.

COPYING

After purchasing a course or a package, you may download and/or print no more than one (1) copy of any course(s) solely for your personal use. You may not modify or create derivative works from the course(s) or related materials. The course content, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed, in any format (i.e., print or electronic form), for any purpose other than completing the course to earn your CPE credits
